Selected expert experience managing third-party monitoring activities under the USAID-funded Monitoring and Evaluation in Tunisia and Libya (METAL) programme while working with People Demand Change in collaboration with IBTCI. The assignment included 655 monitoring and verification visits across Libya, structured digital data collection, activity and equipment verification, and reporting to support programme oversight and decision-making.

Evaluation
Final Evaluation of Integrated Food Security & Livelihoods Programming
Selected expert experience conducting a mixed-methods final evaluation of an IRC food security and livelihoods programme in Northern Syria. The evaluation examined emergency assistance, cash-based interventions, market strengthening and livelihood recovery activities, using comparative evidence from an earlier midterm assessment to identify outcomes, lessons and priorities for future programming.

Selected expert experience providing internal monitoring and evaluation support to the USAID-funded Libya Public Financial Management programme implemented by Pragma Corporation.
